So everyone in chat has been posting who they have as their leaders and who is in their ladder.

My current leaders are: Matt Ohai, Nishil, Nileena, Lutz, and Samantha.

My tower has: Nileena, alexandre, and Greg at the top.

This says all tho!

Well my minion leaders start with my Wiki minions . Then Nileena and DJ Aryez (oh and check out his new bilingual Player Forum) who are the top competition so I like to keep an eye on them.

My tower of tribute changes dependent on the time of day. Just to name some of the permanent residents: Nileena, DJ Aryez, Randy and Calan. The tower is def a part of my minions strategy, I try get the minion who will bring the most benefit to the top....

My tower has some permanent people now that I've figured out who plays minions often.
Nileena,Greg,Cesar,Calan,Katrina and Renata are at the top of the tower,but not in that order.

Nileena, Randy, Wyatt, Soi, and Ivana. Those are my leaders as well as the top tiers of my tower. They really do rack up the loot for me.

Having me as a minion is like using a Game Genie on the old Nintendo. Sure, you're tearing through things like you have super powers, enjoying smooth sailing in the wake of powers much greater than your own. But doesn't it take away a bit of the fun?

It seems everyone has similar friends, at least those whom have posted. I do think Nileena is the top minion player in the game.

Oh matt...stuck in the 90's. Your lucky I even know what game Game Genie is. All these kids are growing up on games with discs, and not having to blow into cartridges...

Blowing on cartridges, inserting the cartridge with just the right amount of force, tapping the power button just so...getting a game to work was a game in itself.

LOL, sooo true Kris! There was an exact process to it. Blow on the cartridge, blow inside the NES, wait... Repeat.... spin in place five times... repeat... then oh so gingerly replace the cartridge, and cross everything available. Then press power....

But back to minions. Yeah Nileena is pretty high up there, Dj Aryez is my top minion...

Heh, from the points I get from Nileena and Randy, I'm jumping like 2 levels a day.

Oh the Nintendo process, each machine was unique.

OMG you guys forgot the alcohol tip swab, how could you forget that important part. lol for my minions I got DJaryez, Matt *of course * and probably for the same reason Calan has him LOL, Nishil, Greg and Keith. Matt, DJ and Rob top off my tower.

Well I see with the new update, this page is rendered kind of useless, Now you cannot have someone higher level in minions in your ladder if you wish to gain points from them. So, this basically puts beginners out in the middle of an ocean without a paddle, because everyone is higher than them. But I'm gonna just say again, this page isn't very useful anymore due to the latest update.

[moan]I just lost almost all of my awesomest* minions in the last update. Yes, they were higher minion level, but I'm higher prestige, surely they can work for me?[/moan]

Bah, I guess for me it just means adjusting once again, and I've still got my super-duper minion Katrina. But, as Calan said, it is a bit harsh on the beginners.


*I know this word does not exist, but my minions deserved better than just "awesome".

*checks faqs, checks other forum sections, looks shifty eyed* I'm confused on what exactly the minion change did. How has it changed? I don't see any announcements or the like around, and undoubtedly I'll feel sheepish if there was some huge headline I missed somewhere, but hey, if I missed it, maybe someone else did too? >.>

humm, my higher level minions appear intact.

Bethany, I'm not sure there was an announcement. I did notice that there is a new way to tell you about how many points in each prestige category (fighting, knowledge, style) you get for each task.

If you put someone of a higher minion level than yourself in your tower, you'll get a warning that you won't be getting any points from them. You now need to put lower-level minions in your tower.

Mine was Nileena until this morning when the new changes took effect, all of the friendly players that actually talk to me are all 40 levels ahead of me, so I can no longer use them as my minion leaders because they earn me no points on the tower. I willl continue to nickle and dime CoE players into friending me so I at least a few minions.. my once vast army of 145 is soon to be 7. *tears* Like I needed one more homework assignment... lol Anyhow Nileena wins! She is the most kick butt awesome amazing player I know, followed seriously closely by Calan, Lutz, Soi, and Petronella. Once I x out all of my minions and start all over I will post again who my leaders are.
