I can't get to the log-in screen. I see the prestige row with only batty and the buttons at top (welcome gem, forum, blog, logout, etc.) But the main log in box isn't there, just grey background, and it says "done" in bottom left to show it's done loading.
I had been playing a while and was switching between facebook questing and using CoE website, I don't remember why, maybe I was lagging on the travel screen. I think this particular time I was switching to CoE website and trying to do wormtunnel quest from the CoE website, not just the "play now" button.
After I got this screen I tried refresh, and same think appeared. I did close down firefox and clear cashe and tried again, and got the screen again. I was able to open other tabs and the internet to other sites was fine, maybe a bit slower than usual (I thought maybe I internet problems, but not so). So I gave up quickly trying to log in.
I could log in fine today and have had no problems.
tech specs:
* window XP, service pack 3
* intel pentium M, processor 1.60GHz, 589 MHz, 1.50 GB of RAM.
* firefox 3.6.3, and i'm fairly certain I got updated flash too.
* usually 54Mbps cable connection
I'm almost always using large/all my CPU usage history and firefox memory usage always jumps up when I start playing the game, as an aside... but I've definitely seen some improvements with the game playing in firefox. ff hasn't crashed in ages and I can have multiple tabs and other sites open while playing which I couldn't do before. so good work there! althought when I do click on other tabs to see other sites it may take 2 mins before it actually switches to the other tab...
