I know it says to loot the Xelco Researcher in the Palisades but I can't find him. I only see the Xelco Insider and I couldn't find anything in his apartment. Help??

I think turnbulls is the first (or second) house on the left right when you enter the area coming from dt. the cashbox is in the back study (right) and it sparkles on desk.

The mission after this says to look for some xelco guy to rob. He is /pacing in the street in the 4 way stop area below the house and near the portal towards downtown. (if that makes sense).
