Ok so i started playing a coupe days ago and its great so all ofa sudden i go to geta quest item i find and it doesnt let me take it it just keeps blinking the picture when i click on it and i've tried it on different computers and everything and it still wont let me, yet for items like clothing thati get from bodies it'll let me get or when i complete a mission i can get those items but when i find a quest/ mission item it wont let me take that? can somebody pease help me? its really bugging me.

No it isnt and now im picking up quest items but i dont get rewards this is really stupid.

OK, lets get back to basics then. What quest or mission are you talking about (you can find the name of the mission on your "Mission progress" bar)?

It is possible that you just need to click on the reward you want (See this thread for updates or to post for continuing problems)

omg i kno wat u mean d same thing is happenin 2 mi only worse i cant take any items @ all instead i can only take rubies like i did a mission & was suppose 2 b rewarded w/ jeans but i didnt get dem @ all & i cant get any stones or gear even tho mi bag isnt full @ all

Lilith, check to make sure your inventory isn't full, let us know if that helps.

Yeah i'm having the same problem, I can't harvest anything (my inventory isn't full!) and I can't interact with mission avatars, so i'm unable to complete or start missions!!! this started happening yesterday morning. Also at the bottom of the screen where it usually shows your leader board, my friends and myself have disappeared its only showing batty, this happened yesterday morning aswell!

Jan, the disappearing friends has to do with facebook connect not working quite right. Sometimes a few reloads will fix it right up.

some more info might help. What browser are you using, and what version? And what version of Flash are you using? (Check your flash version here)

YAY!! friends have reappeared today, still having difficulty harvesting though will let me harvest or interact once or twice but then it won't let me! I'm using google chrome and flash player 10!

I did 2 mission today, and was suppose to get socks on one and boots on the other...and didn't get anything . My Inventory was NOT full!! I'm running on Windows 7....how can I get my items?

As far as getting the mission items, have you tried clicking on the item you want before clicking finish?

Up to now (today), I haven't had any problems with harvesting!!!! Fingers crossed things are ok now!!

There can occasionally be some problems related to harvesting. Usually it is due to having a full inventory, but sometimes I've logged in and simply been unable to interact with anything in the world.

As far as not getting mission rewards goes, if you don't have a full inventory, can you please list those missions for which you're not getting rewards?

I don't know if this is related, not being able to harvest. this week I've suddenly been unable to harvest. I'm not in any missions (since I don't usually do those). Yesterday in undercity and tonight in silver order, I killed a monster, and the mouse over said "click to harvest" and when I click nothing happens. But since I'm there to harvest, I know my inventory is not full and I even check my inventory. I usually just kill another monster and it's fine after that... ? So if I can fight fine, then my inventory is fine, yeah. This has happened 3 times to me in the last few days, very random. I thought about taking a picture, but there really isn't much there but a click-to-harvest monster. I think 2 times it was a harvest monster and maybe once a plant. I'll try to remember more details if it happens again.
I don't know if this could be happening on your missions, but missions seem fairly specific. Don't always trust the number your inventory says you go to inventory. Try destroying an item or making a new item to kind of reset the counter when you're in a mission to make sure your inventory truly has a free slot or 2.
