i would assume, that it makes sense now not to game not to stir up more confusion, however i have to do some quests, as i play the non-COE part of the game too, and already lost several hundred fights yesterday.
I'd think that the difference will be obviously so small, that we'd all be able to see, what really matters.

Aaargh, now this is bugged. Just made a huge list of stuff I am missing and it just went into thin air when trying to post it...

Anyway I started off by saying thanks for restoring my character!! Great to be back. My stats are off too in the same way Cesar and Jane is. I am also missing a lot of ohais and inventory stuff. The things I can remember from the top of my head (again lol):

Don't know how you intend to deal with this, new ohais doesn't mean I can have my stuff back, some of it can't even be bought anymore. But long hair and a wrap day would make me feel slightly better

My stats are intact but I don't appear on the leaderboard.

I have most of my items except for these (I'm leaving out items I don't consider important)

1 pink Male Goth Suit

These are almost 700 Ohais each,2 pc suit:500 ohais

8 Valentine Red Dye
330 Ohais each

1 Mahogany BookCase
500 Ohais each-I averaged the price

Approximate lost Ohais for the above: 5,740

Furniture missing from minion missions:

1 Asian chair
1 Asian dinner table
1 Gothy chair
2 luxe small couches
3 Dire Hall tables
1 Gothic table with mirror and candles
6 Gothic tables with candles

My fight stats dropped because I lost a ring-+64 Attack +64 Defense.this was an old orange title ring,lvl 75

I do have more rubies and I thank you for that.However rubies can't buy Ohai items and none of my lost items can be purchased from a merchant.
My remaining Ohais are intact and none were lost.

If there is a way to remedy this situation,please let me know.I would rather have the items than the Ohais but I'm flexible.

If extra Ohais,special items were given out this update,none were received by me.Susan mentioned this in an earlier post.I'm not being greedy,just stating it as an FYI.

I have lost recipes - notably high level scribe recipes and dyes, some bought and some won in fights.

I have lost all the furniture from my home - some of the original stuff plus a bed, tables, sofa, extra plants, trees, pot plants etc, some bought, some gifted.

Mainly I am upset about the clothes I have lost.

1. Elvira Gown which cost me 1.6m rubies in the auction and then dyed blood red.

2. Shoes (known as heels) dyed blood red (or Valentine's as it was at the time) to match the above.

3. The dress that Ravelle wears (can't remember the name, sorry) but in Orchid.

4. Shoes (Heels) dyed in whisper to match the Orchid dress.

I have been given extra slots and lifestones which don't compensate and about 500k rubies which I thank you for but again does not even begin to cover what is lost and I can make that many rubies in a few days.

I would ideally like everything back that I had before but would take Ohais in compensation as long as it covers what I have lost so that I can replace it all.

The character I got now I do know. It is mine the way it was about 2 months ago. In prestige leaderboard (knowledge, fighting... as well) I lost like 80 lvls (level 6 in prestige now, whereas about 80 before). My recipes r gone (light pewter jacket I remember), and my inventory - as I said - is the one I had about 2 months ago.
Ok, I wrote my whole inventory in chat a couple of days ago. So if u log the chat u can at least restore my inventory with hundreds of cats eyes, loads of iron, grave fungus and limes.
4 all my losses I got 5 lifestones (which I cant use without my recipes) and about 400k rubies (others got like millions). Thanky 4 that.
Could rearrange my stats which was quite alright but now that I did that my character is just completely different and I cant really identify with it anymore. Also I dont see what I should spent my money on, now that I have the max of slots u an get.
Also got fighting gear I had 2 months ago which pisses me off most.

I just read the email you sent me so disregard my list of missing items.

Just so you know,my rubies and Ohais aren't in sync with the compensation mentioned.I sent a reply back stating how I think it should be based on my understanding of the email.

now there is another reason to be pissed too!!
most of us got compensated with a full slots all the way to 116 slots, but even those who just were 20 or 30 slots they gave them 116!!! WTF> so that means that I had 96 already so "Are they going to give me 200 slots now"??
Not fair, really really not fair!!
i am just hatting the way that i was trying/thinking in returning back to the game, now is getting to the point I am starting to hate the game, if it happens then there will be nothing stopping me from playing ever again, and I am one of those persons who stays with his words!!

@karen You won't have to start from scratch. We're in the middle of restoring characters as best as we can. In the cases where we can't restore folks, we will be granting ohais and rubies and other special items. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Am not so happy that I've lost all of the items in my inventory. I know I have more rubies - but some clothing etc I bought with the 200 ohais I was given at the start of the game is missing. This therefore leaves me worse off than when I started playing! I spent a lot of time and rubies, harvesting and buying things to make and sell, and I know I've been given a few items in my inventory - but they are such low level items that they are useless to me. Am loving the new larger inventory tho!

I am unable to remember any harvesting items - but I had been all the way across the city many times, and bought some items, and so I had a very full inventory.

I would be grateful if you could look into this for me. I appreciate that it has been a great deal of work to restore my character - so I am able to play at all. I do feel bad for other players in my situation who've been playing longer, have lost rare and expensive items, and are therefore in a much worse position than me. I feel bad enough having lost nowhere near as much

I'm sure I'll get back up to where I was...eventually

Update from here: My leaderboard entries been restored at about the levels they have been before.
Nonetheless i had bought some of the lost recipes again yesterday (as posted further above) and they redisappeared today.
The Ohais spent (had 527 before buying them again, now have 288 after) have not reset back to 527 though. That makes another loss of 249 ohais lost here.

I'm certainly grateful for anything you do, dear Ohais, to restore the unfortunate data loss, but lost 1.250 - 1.500 ohais to this now, besides missing inventory items, long acquired recipes etc.
As i am not in email contact (where should i write?) with any of you i would appreciate very much, if we could get more information within this thread asap.

Ouch, I see that you guys (Cesar, Jane, Donna) that got leaderboard stats fixed also got your characters reset again. I got a lot of stuff yesterday and today to repair the damage (no ohais spent though, I hold on to them for now, ohai items were given to me by some players though). Me and Randy are a few of the ones that are still off on the leaderboard stats. I guess that means I will loose the stuff I got again... So I better just sit tight and not do much until all the repairs are done. I haven't had any emails either, so it would be great if you ohai guys could post updates here so we know if we should go ahead and play or if you are still in the middle of repairs.

Yes my stats are still way off.My prestige level in my bar is correct but the leaderboard is screwy.
I'm just waiting for the home fix so I can decorate.Need to unload some furniture.

I haven't got all my rubies or any ohais yet but I know they're coming.

Hey guys,

We hope to update with a fix that will sort out the ohai grant and the rubies. I think you'll find that you have a bunch more ohais to work with and hopefully begin to amass the cool things that make your character the glorious thing that it is.

DJ -- I understand your frustration. All I can say is please wait for this next fix and we'll take it from there. You guys lost things out of your inventory. That can't be fixed. That's why we are giving you a big ohai bonus -- so you can buy more stuf -- better stuff, even.

I realize that there will be items missing that aren't for sale any more. When Matt gets back, I'll get with him and we'll see what we can do to have a Spring sale or something.

Randy -- you should be able to decorate you home later today (a separate release is going up later this afternoon).
