We're sorry for our extended downtime today and over the weekend. We've missed you just as much as you missed us! There was a crash bug that we've now fixed. Thank you for your patience during our beta period (3x more stable than alpha era!)

There were a very small number of players whose player files were corrupted. We are going to have to restore your player data from backups. As a result, some data loss may occur, specifically with your inventories. We are going to restore what we can and will grant you some items, rubies and ohais to make up for the rest.

Our sincerest apologies for the extended downtime and for any lost player data. We'll be restoring your characters as fast as we can to get you back in the game as soon as possible. Stay tuned for more news and feel free to post with questions.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the delay in posting. I'm happy to announce that we were able to recover much of the data for those few folks having issues logging in. As a result, we'll be posting an update later tonight that will include the ability for you to get back into the game!

Note, there will be some data loss for you guys -- however, it shouldn't be too bad and we have compensated you pretty well. Please check your e-mail for a message from Susan that will outline what we are doing for you.

We've just pushed a release live that contains a bunch of new stuff, but most notably, we've restored the problem characters. Those who were having issues logging in should be good to go! There may be some loss in your inventories, but we have compensated you with a ruby buff. An ohai bonus is on its way to you just as soon as possible. Thanks for the patience and enjoy being back in the game!
