I was wondering if there was a list somewhere that says what level you need to be, to get new/higher skills for making, harvesting, and fighting.

There is a fairly clear list of fighting skills on This page at CoE.com

Harvesting and making skills are fairly clearcut to my mind... Most of the making tomes and recipes tell you specifically what level you need to be in order to make the item.
The wiki has a variety of resources we've been working on, A list of making links on the wiki can be found here

There is also a basic walk-through of making provided by CoE.com found on this page


Harvesting is even more simple. You can find a basic walk-through from CoE.com Here and some more information about the individual items that can be harvested and looted Here

Thanks for your reply. I wasn't that clear, but I was talking more about what level you need to achieve to get a skill point. I'm trying to get to master level in all my harvesting and making skills, but it seems like it's taking forever! How many levels do I need to get a skill point.

Ah!!!! 5 levels per skill point for all skills. So you can become a master Harvester at harvesting level 75 and a master crafter at making level 100. You cannot master all of the fighting skills.
