Ah he doesn't sparkle, check out the various names of the characters you see walking about... try interacting with them. He is there, I promise! (well promise might be too strong of a word, but I am really sure )

He actually walks around in the middle of the street, I spent A LONG time on this mission because I thought it was in a house. The human simply walks around, if hes not there he spawns about every 5 mins so wait for him in the middle of the intersection on the road until he does spawn.

Ummm...no it can't. The wiki entry you link to is blank. Also, the only reference to 'A Day's work' is the initial training day session rather than the more advanced mission we are discussing.

Where do you take the papers once you have them. My mission mentions Seraphina Palisades but I have searched throughout and still am not able to find where to complete that mission.

Sorry for the late response. As mentioned in the wiki Article I linked, go to the Commercial district and give the papers to Gadea.

If this isn't the mission you are talking about... I'm not sure what sort of advise to give you...

Thanks for the reply. Did what you said and looked for Laurence (I am assuming) Gadea but unlike normal indications that you are about to complete a mission there was no star on him in the mini map and I can only interact with him for chat - not to finish the mission. I have a screen capture of what the 'Day's work' looks like on my screen and it still shows as Seraphina Pallisades...not sure what to do from here.

Ideas?

talk to Security in the XelCo Lobby ... he'll take the Papers, and then you can open the next mission First Day of Work
